Terrible service. Husband and I went to get garbage stickers at the service desk and waited over 10 minutes. There was a woman who was behind the counter in the office, she looked at us, and continued to do whatever she was doing. There were other people waiting behind us as well. Zero sense of urgency throughout the whole store. There are better Jewels in the area.

My shopping experience was OK until Check out the cashiers were not friendly. They were very rude, but I love the store the selections and everything in stock. I love that, but I didn’t like the rudeness of the cashiers.

This is a very clean and complete jewel. The produce section is fabulous and has a great selection and great produce, they could use more organic produce. The deli is great and has quality products to choose from that are all delicious. The bakery is really good and freshly made. The meat department is a little expensive but has fresh meat to choose from. The dairy is complete and well organized. The pharmacy is conveniently located and the store is well organized and easy to maneuver.

TLDR, the staff couldn’t care any less about the customer service experience. Go anywhere else and don’t waste your time here. My first and last experience at this Jewel, absolutely horrible all around. I chose a day I’d usually go grocery shopping myself right after work to do a pickup order instead, because my husband would be out 30 minutes sooner. I sent him to grab the order on his way home so we’d unpack together when he got home. After spending about 20 minutes watching them load up other cars, he lets me know no one came. I had gotten the notification at least 15 minutes sooner that t
