I am a loyal customer who comes here every single morning on my way to work for coffee and breakfast burritos. The morning crew is fantastic and never messes up my order. That is the only reason this review is getting 2 stars instead of 1. However, the evening crew is a completely different story. A few times a month, my family and I come here for dinner, and my sandwiches are consistently messed up. I would like to report something I saw this evening in the dining area. Two managers and what looked like a worker were sitting in a corner booth and a lady (who I recognize as a manager) was screaming at the worker. The poor worker looked like she was fearing for her life. The manager was humiliating the poor worker in front of customers. She got inches from the workers face. I wanted to help but the worker was shaking in fear. It sounded like the worker reported something to manager and the manager was not happy about the report. We found a screw in our french fries. When we reached out to the store and to corporate, they were apologetic and said that they would send us coupons. We never received anything, and never heard back from them.

Not the first time giving me wrong orders. Didn’t want to rate the previous ones but now. I ordered large french fried, DOUBLE big mac and 2 soft drinks. What I got were the drinks, REGULAR big mac and small french fries (large but didn’t even fill half of the box) and everything was given upside down besides the drinks, ofc.
