Oh my goodness, what an amazing experience we had at this restaurant! Our server, Alicia (I believe that was her name), was so friendly, attentive, and helpful. She made us feel so welcome, and we absolutely loved her! We also had a great conversation with the manager, Robert, who was just as welcoming, kind, and personable. It's clear that this team truly cares about their guests. I came from out of town with my sisters, and we couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. Kelsi, Robert, and David are a wonderful team at Black Angus. Sam has also been very helpful to our family, when we've dined at Black Angus. The food, service, and ambiance are truly wonderful. This was my wife and I's first visit to Black Angus on Mother'sDay. It was booked for everything but the bar and we don't drink, but it was really quiet and peaceful. Our server Jay was super nice, prompt, amd friendly! If you're familiar with Outback's menu this place will be similar. It's mostly steaks and American food, with some seafood mixed in. Food was okay, nothing special. My wife got the Special surf n turf for Mother's day lobster tail x2 and filet mignon. They did the steak well done not medium well, and the lobsters were okay. I was excited, because it’s usually great, but tonight it was not great. The fried zucchini on the wagon sampler was the best thing I had alongside the wedge salad. The New York strip I got was cold and chewy :( The loaded baked potato soup was also cold. Also, I asked for diet pepsi and they gave me full sugar dr pepper. I know that the service workers are trying the best, but the meal was not good. I say save your money and go somewhere else. I’m going to add on we had a coupon and they failed to add it twice. This used to be one my favorite places, but I don’t think I can justify returning
