I love Chipotle but wow this one sucked today. They didn’t give me any salsa or anything I asked for on my online order. There was 1 cup total of food. If I’m paying 10 bucks for take out, I expect the bowl to be at least half full. Called for refund and redirected us to chat bot on app. Gave free drink and no refund. I demand a refund. This was the wise Chipotle experience as a rewards member.

I've been wanting to try this place for a long time, so I finally did. I'm indecisive about this place. I used to app to place my order. When I arrived, it was decently crowded and the restaurant was a mess. There was no online ordering line. I waited at the register, gave them my information and got my order. There wasn't a kind hello, no thank you for coming or any positivity coming from the staff. I know they were busy at work, but it's important for the overall experience to not feel like a number. The food was good, but half of our food was missing our meat. Only 2 of 4 of us got meat, so
