I come here a lot in person and it’s usually really good but I ordered door dash today and I’m so disappointed. I got a power bowl that looks like they used teaspoons to portion the toppings. Hardly any chicken (that I paid extra for) and missing avocado, sweet potato, etc. When you pay $17 for lunch you shouldn’t have to pull things out of your pantry to fill the bowl. They probably didn’t prioritize the order because it was takeout but this was ridiculous. (To the people that are usually there after 3 pm- you guys are always great when I come in person!)

Already whenever I come by the staff is always difficult but tonight I ordered a dubai strawberry cup online while driving about 2 min out I got a text saying my order was ready. Bf went in got the cup it took a minute bc it was in fact not ready. Then they just gave me a chocolate cup when I paid for a dubai cup and then my bf went back in and it was another 5 minutes before he came out with the same strawberry cup and another soup cup of all the pistachio toppings and no lid kinda just a mess and I'm not pleased with this location

We stood at the front of the line for 5 minutes with no one else in line and they never took our order - we finally went up to ask if we could get our order in and they said in a few minutes as they were all standing there talking. We ended up leaving.

I love Zupas, but the staff at this location are exceptional. There is always someone managing and making sure long lines move quickly. They are very kind to customers, even during busy rushes, which cannot be said about all locations. Their managers know how to use their staff best during different times of the day. Love this location.
