We entered the place randomly (honestly just to take some pictures and then go) while walking, but the staff were so friendly and welcomed us even tho there was a wait. We decided to give it a try, and it was the best decision ever. The food was soo yummy (Turkish eggs) and the coffee surprised me as well. Loved the atmosphere. Definitely will be back.

I've been on a quest over the last years to find the best breakfast in Edinburgh. This is definitely a contender. I am a fussy eater and didn't want eggs or mushrooms, so you can see my breakfast was fairly simple. But all the ingredients were great. Fresh bread, high quality haggis with the sausages and bacon cooked to perfection. The big revelation for me here is how fantastically well garlic butter goes with breakfast food. With arguably some of the best coffee in town, this cafe has an impressive menu of brunch items AND a well labeled array of gluten free desserts. We found our way before hiking up Arthur’s seat and it was the perfect way to start the day. Highly recommend!

Stopped at this cute little cafe back in July while waiting for a store to open close by. Tried the Turkish eggs for brunch — poached eggs over garlicky yogurt with warm chili butter and crusty bread. One of the best breakfast dishes we’ve ever had. 🔥🍳 So good!
