horrible, drinks were cold, sever was rude and had an attitude. Gave us the wrong drink and blamed it on us. We asked if they had a caramel macchiato and he said yes. He ended up giving us a single shot espresso. We told him it was wrong along with another customer who chipped in. He then said that this is what we ordered and that we got what we wanted. We ended up getting him to “fix it” and all he did was add milk. After this we went to Starbucks for proper service. Unimpressed Caffè Nero.

Could these guys make the coffees taste even worst. I have been drinking coffee for a while, I know what a decent cup of coffee or latte tastes like. You've got costa machines at shell and bp that can make a better cup. Ready made food and desserts, well that's ready made and good to go.

I have to say this was the worst ever frappe I have ever had. It’s an understatement to say it was horrible and undrinkble Unfortunately by the time I tasted it I had left the place and was in a rush or I’d just go and give it back.

This is not the first time your branch has run out of oat milk, yet again I was told it “didn’t come in” and that it’s “popular.” What made the situation worse was the completely blasé attitude from the two staff members I spoke to (the Asian gentleman with black glasses and the white female staff member on shift). Their tone and body language made it clear they did not see this as an issue, despite the fact that many customers rely on oat milk due to dietary needs and intolerances.
