I now visit this Caffè Nero nearly every week, and for me, it outperforms all other café places — which is probably why it’s always super busy! What really stands out is how incredible the staff are. Even under constant pressure and a heavy workload, they remain friendly, professional, and welcoming. For me, their customer service is truly outstanding. Sometimes you can see how busy they are and think there may not be enough staff for the workload, yet they still manage to handle everything with a smile and great attitude. Elaine has great customer service. I ordered the tomato soup here. It’s kept in the fridge and heated up in a bowl when ordered. She also made my hot chocolate with oat milk. Loved both!! Thank you Elaine 😀

It is a very busy location and the staff is really doing their best but I wanna shout out to the gentleman with beard, whos customer service is really outstanding. He was so polite, friendly and tried his best to ensure the customers are receiving best possible service. He had a really friendly approach and he always tried to have little chat with everyone and make sure customers are treated well. I sadly don't know his name but would like to shout out his outstanding performance at work and the passion that was very well recognised and makes a huge, positive difference. Thank you 🙏
