My Nana had visited the Stockton branch of cafe nero as she’s frequent visitor. She was upset as all she had asked after making a purchase was that the lady behind the counter rinse her travel cup out so she could put it in her bag. Not exactly a hard job, it would have taken 2 minutes but the young dark haired girl then decided to reply to my Nana with a terrible attitude and disrespect then started laughing at her. This is absolutely disgusting from a customer service provider. My Nana will now not return to this disgusting establishment. Staff and management want to be ashamed of themselve

Not much seeting downstairs, but plenty upstairs, Nero is my favourite coffee outlet, so obviously, the vanilla latte was great.
