MimiPlays x★Went to Caffè Nero today and ordered myself a cortado . As it looked a bit milky I asked the barista guy called Ayub if I can have a few extra drops of surplus coffee from my order as per photo . He said he would have to charge me for it although this is surplus coffee from my order and it will be poured down the sink . Very disappointing service from this particular person and this is not the first time he was not helpful . I will not go to this Caffè Nero ever again if this is how they treat their loyal customers . Plenty of other coffee shops in the area who appreciate my business . This

maria zamant★★★★★Great experience at Caffè Nero. The barista was on her own, working hard to keep tables clear and look after everyone — you could really see she was trying to make people’s day better. Tall, half-blonde, black glasses, I think Eastern European with a slight American-sounding accent. Coffee was nice and creamy and the pastries were fresh. ☕🥐
