If your looking for great service and food, skip this one and go to Bedford… this place had spiders coming out the walls at the table while sitting there eating… I had to pack my food up to go.. I ordered 2 six pice tender meals and asked for them to be cooked fresh, they weren’t.. biscuits were cold.. they charged for 1 extra sauce and I didn’t mind paying but have never (out of all Bojangles) paid for sauce when u only gave me 1 sauce for 6 steroid strips.. had to wait in line for a bag and then the girl went to ask the manager if she could give me a bag because I had originally ordered to d

I lived in Georgia briefly and fell in love with the steak biscuit at Bo Jangles. I’ve since moved back home and recently learned there were a few near me. Lancaster was one of the closest at 24 miles. I decided on Bo Jangles this morning for my breakfast and we made the short trip there only to be disappointed. They parked us for 2 biscuits, 1 order of hashbrowns, and an orange juice at 8am. Inclusively, the biscuit was salty and the steak tasted like freezer burn. I can safely say, I will not be returning to this location.

I usually stop here when I am on my way home from Dallas. The gentleman with the glasses who took the order and the young lady who was bringing the orders out, had the BEST customer service and poise, for two people who were working in a facility that was understaffed and had many customers. They deserve recognition. And some help. These are great employees,you want to hang on to.

My husband and I had a great experience at this Bojangles! We dined in around 530pm, there was no line inside and only a short wait due to the drive thru line needing attention. Shonda took our order - she was friendly, personable, and made our experience one to remember. We ordered a chicken sandwich and a 5 piece strip meal. Our total was less than $25! The food was fast, fresh, delicious, and Shonda was very accommodating as we needed a few extra items. Would definitely come back - thanks for the wonderful experience, Shonda!
