they spelt my name right… and it made my day. my cheese toasty is absolutely banging and the same for my drink. they even wished me a good day and said enjoy! absolutely lovely people but i think their magic for spelling my name right.my friend said sometimes you can just tell.

The shop is good and the customer service is also great. It's way too better than the Starbucks in Kirkcaldy. By the way, I am not at all a fan of the recent update from them where they started to call out the names of the customers. It's not at all great and I usually see the crew members struggling with some names. There is no point in this. Just continue calling out the order number and it's much easier than this. Lots of time is consumed and every food chain companies do this. Way too easy.

Decided to celebrate the first half of my birthday with some overpriced coffee and cookie dough and got told off by a an employee for being "Too Loud". I may have squealed a little too loud when I got my gift but we were animated at best not loud. There were 4 teenagers sitting right across from us who were yelling at the top of their lungs and banging on the window but that went unnoticed. I really hope it had nothing to do with the colour of my skin because that would be poor in taste Starbucks, you've lost yourselves a customer.
