I rarely get to eat portillo's hot because I order it for delivery so I forgot how amazing their food is when it's fresh and hot from the restaurant!! The fries are so amazing as is most of the rest of the food! This time we got a two hot dog meal with a large cheese fry and a small Coke. The hot dogs were one that was plain (to dip in cheese sauce because if you order a cheese dog from portillo's it has melted American cheese on it 🤢). The second hot dog had everything but sports peppers on it. We got two cheese sauces, a large onion ring and an Italian sausage sandwich with no peppers but

Yeah this is probably my last time eating here. With the price of food increasing it’s ridiculous the amount of times I order bacon on a burger, get charged for it, and your employees don’t put it on my sandwich. I did “the check” to make sure evening was there, but should really have to make sure all the ingredients are on each sandwich? What is the disconnect? Your employees literally never get this right. For the price of your food I can get better food and service at The Patio.

I got the Beef and Cheddar Croissant. It was putrid. The beef taste like wet cardboard. The fries were pretty good after knocking a layer of salt off. My wifes got a fish sandwich and really liked it. I know they have some decent food here its juts not that nasty, looks nothing like the picture on the menu Beef and Cheddar Croissant. The service was adequate and the place was clean.
